Database

The Researcher Database provides the contact details of IAJR registered researchers.

Registration will occur via this website and interested individuals will be required to complete an application form containing personal details, returning in to the IAJR.

The foundations of judo-related research article database has been set up currently showing over 100 article abstracts. Researchers will be invited to submit electronic copies of judo-related research articles to this database. Authors submitting abstracts for the database will be expected to be registered in the international registry of Judo researchers. Abstracts and keywords will need to be submitted in English. Abstracts will be given preliminary review by the IAJR administrator who will make recommendation for listening.

The purpose of this is to create a database of Judo-related research articles for open access. There is currently limited access to places where students can search for scientific or scholarly articles of Judo. The continuation of this resource would be plus for the development and diffusion of Judo around the world. The addition, it would be valuable resource providing important, practical information to Judo teachers, coaches, referees, officials, athletes, and administrators. Moreover, it would bring Judo closer to its original ties with education and intellectual endeavors and the IAJR mission.
